Job summary

Jabil would like to hire an experienced Contracts Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of commercial contracts. You will work with legal, sales, finance, and operations to ensure terms reflect business objectives and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial terms and conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including Master Service Agreements, NDAs, Supply Agreements, and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, sales, finance, and operations to ensure contract terms align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Identify potential contractual risks and propose solutions or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and ensure proper document management.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any deviations or disputes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to contract terms and conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of contract management best practices and procedures.
• Participate in contract review meetings and provide guidance on contractual matters.
• Support the continuous improvement of contract templates and processes.
