Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense seeks a mid-level Business Operations Specialist to manage contracts through proposal, delivery, and closeout. You will handle negotiations, administration, and customer contact to ensure proper fulfillment under company policies and government requirements.

The role involves analyzing costs, evaluating risks, and maintaining contract documentation, with support for RFQs, invoices, and orders. A US-person with 1–5 years in contracting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in a related field.
• 1–5 years of functional experience in contracting or business ops.
• Experience with international contracting and ITAR/EAR compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts/subcontracts from proposal to closeout under supervision.
• Participate in proposal prep, contract negotiation, administration, and customer contact.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and obligations.
• Prepare contract changes, billing support, and maintain contract files.
• Assist with RFQs, procurement history, and new orders management.
