Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a Summer Contracts Administration Intern at our Bridgeton, MO facility to support the Contracts team in government, commercial, and subcontract agreements. You will assist with proposal and contract‑review tasks, data entry, reporting, and file organization while learning contract compliance and customer requirements.

You will gain exposure to the full contract lifecycle from proposal through closeout and collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Supply

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to summarize information clearly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and time management.
Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Contracts team with increasing responsibility.
Track contract data, milestones, and customer requirements in databases and tools.
Prepare contract summaries, correspondence, and reports under supervision.
Maintain contract files and documentation; assist with research on contract terms.
Support proposal and post‑award activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Participate in cross‑functional meetings and note action items.
