Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Supply Chain Enterprise Contracts team. The role oversees the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in drafting, negotiating, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–6+ years in contract management or 4 years with a JD.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analysis and risk-mitigation skills.
Experience with SaaS, tech or finance contracts.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, PSAs, SOWs).
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk.
Serve as primary contact for resolving contract issues with legal and business teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate contract records using contract lifecycle management tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
