About this position:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for NDAs and Teaming Agreements, oversee prime and subcontract management, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. The successful candidate will manage GWACs, GSA schedules, and OTA vehicles, support proposal reviews, monitor contract funding and performance, and coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely contract execution.
Salary Ranges
Early Career (2-4 years): 70k - 85k per year
Mid-Career (5-8 years): 85k - 115k per year
- Commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
On a day-to-day basis you will:- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements.
- Monitor and report on contract funding and financial status.
- Review RFPs/RFI to ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines for both prime and subcontracts.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage Other Transaction Authority (OTA) vehicles, ensuring flexibility and innovation in procurement.
- Facilitate Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs) to enhance capabilities and performance.
- Responsible for all GSA processes and procedures related to Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
- Issue and manage task orders under GWACs, ensuring compliance with GSA guidelines.
- Oversee subcontract management, including the selection, negotiation, and administration of subcontracts.
- Manage Prime, Subcontracts and Subcontractors including funding, performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Required Education/Qualifications
- US Citizenship - Clearable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of federal contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
- Proven experience with NDA, Teaming Agreement, and subcontract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in proposal pricing
- Ability to create and maintain templates and achieve quick turnaround time
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity in using Document Management concepts to store and retrieve documents efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- A certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar certification is preferrable.
- Familiarity with regulations related to joint ventures (JVs).
- Experience managing OTA vehicles and facilitating CTAs.
- Proficiency in GSA processes and procedures related to MAS and GWACs.
