Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support this new and exciting initiative.
This role will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts including but not limited to MSAs, work orders, licensing agreements, and marketing, sponsorship and promotion agreements. Additional responsibilities will include process improvement, special projects, compliance research, problem solving, interacting with clients and outside counsel, coordinating legal research projects, performing trainings, helping to draft and implement policies, as well as managing discrete projects.
You will work with our in-house legal team as well as directly with business teams including marketing teams, engineering groups, and product management teams as they design our end-to-end customer experience. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround, take effective action without having to know the total picture, and solve problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
