You will lead multiple nationwide projects, manage site teams, budgets and programmes, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high quality, with a route toward Director-level leadership.

A strong construction background and driving licence are essential, with UK travel required and a negotiable salary plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background.
• Experience in Project or Contracts Management.
• Building development experience.
• Commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to travel and stay away when required.
• Passive Fire Protection knowledge (Desirable).
• Fire stopping experience (Desirable).
• SMSTS & CSCS qualifications (Desirable).
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (Desirable).
