Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Contracts Manager - International to lead the full lifecycle of international and government contracts for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements, partnering with internal teams to align contracts with business objectives while navigating US and non-US regulatory requirements.

The role is remote for US-based candidates only, with a compensation range of $110,000–$130,000 annually and visa Sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management.
• 3+ years managing international contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and non-U.S. laws and regulations.
• Implement contract management policies and best practices.
