Volta is seeking a Contracts Manager to own contracting strategy across the fleet and lead contract leaders within project teams. You will steer contract forms, terms, and governance, while negotiating with major suppliers and protecting the business across jurisdictions.

You will build claims avoidance practices and oversee commercial governance, with travel to sites as needed to ensure contract standards are upheld throughout the delivery organisation.

• A strong record in negotiation and claims management on complex builds.

About The Role

The Contracts Manager owns how Volta contracts for its fleet. You will set the contracting strategy and standards used across every project, and lead the contracts leads embedded in each project team through a functional line.

From contracting models and standard forms to negotiation, claims and commercial governance, this role makes sure Volta builds on terms that protect the business and keep projects moving.
