Volta seeks a Contracts Manager to own contracting strategy for its fleet of major data centre projects. You will guide standard forms, terms, and negotiations, while coordinating across project teams and jurisdictions to protect the business and keep delivery on track.

You will lead disputes, build governance processes and train delivery teams in commercial capability, enabling Volta to scale with high-risk, high-value contracts across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contracts on data centre or major capital projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction contracting models and standard forms.
• Strong negotiation and claims management on complex builds.
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and govern to standard.

About The Role

The Contracts Manager owns how Volta contracts for its fleet. You will set the contracting strategy and standards used across every project, and lead the contracts leads embedded in each project team through a functional line.

From contracting models and standard forms to negotiation, claims and commercial governance, this role makes sure Volta builds on terms that protect the business and keep projects moving.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own Volta's contracting strategy across general contractor, package and vendor agreements

What You Bring

• Contracts leadership on data centre or major capital projects is essential
• Deep experience of construction contracting models and standard forms across international markets
• A strong record in negotiation and claims management on complex builds
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and governing to standard
• Sound commercial judgement under delivery pressure
• The credibility to lead functionally across embedded project teams
• Willingness to travel across sites
