Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to perform essential job duties to help improve the Corporation’s overall business performance, deliver value to shareholders, reduce leakage, and promote cost-effective solutions across business units, projects, and locations. This role provides oversight for contract management activities on Fluor projects, acting as a lead over several contracts. The contract manager ensures compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms, reporting to senior leadership on project health, and developing contracting strategies. The individual will review and approve contract awards within delegated authority, provide training to contract administrators, and act as a lead for contract execution.
