  • Provide problem-solving and troubleshooting support to determine the best course of action, escalating issues timely.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, practices, and guidance for contract operations (e.g., training materials, guides, etc.).
  • Conduct legal research and assist with regulatory and compliance initiatives.
  • Prioritize initiatives, breaking down large projects into smaller tasks.
  • Participate in special assignments and provide ad hoc support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including but not limited to contracts management, paralegal work, or similar roles within an in-house legal department or law firm with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of various standard commercial contracts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills incorporating excellent critical thinking and attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible, solution-oriented, and adaptive to constantly changing priorities, as well as effectively managing and resolving conflicts.
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with cross-functional teams and internal/external partners.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of the BPO industry is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint, and related tools.
