LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the LNSSI government contracts portfolio. You will evaluate compliance, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, partnering with Sales, Legal, and Finance to align objectives and mitigate risks.
You will lead cross-functional negotiations, articulate risks to stakeholders, and drive process improvements while supporting strategic revenue initiatives and ensuring CJIS compliance where required.

This role supports LexisNexis Special Services Inc. (LNSSI), a specialized part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government vertical. LNSSI supports government agencies and law enforcement through advanced data, analytics, and technology solutions that help verify identities, detect and prevent fraud, and support investigations. Our legal and contracting team partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support the purchase and delivery of data and services. The Contracts Manager plays a key role in supporting the development, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of government contracts related to the purchase and delivery of data and services. This role is responsible for evaluating contractual compliance, advising internal stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations, and leading negotiations with both internal and external customers. You will partner cross-functionally to develop negotiation strategies, communicate risks and trade-offs, secure required approvals, and support timely contract execution.
Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass both the standard company background check for all employees and an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role. Employees who subsequently fail to obtain or maintain CJIS compliance may be reassigned or terminated.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
