Job summary

WCS Healthcare Partners in New York City seeks an experienced contracts professional to manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements across vendor contracts, service agreements and retail partnerships. You will negotiate terms with suppliers, coordinate with legal, procurement, finance and sales, maintain templates, oversee CLM systems, and train stakeholders on policy and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods.
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Agiloft, or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
