The Contracts Manager is a key member of the CAM Legal Department, responsible for leading the review, negotiation, and lifecycle management of commercial, customer, and vendor agreements. This role focuses on commercial execution, risk allocation, and efficient contract processes, while partnering closely with operations and business leadership.
This role requires the ability to perform work in a standard office environment, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer, keyboard, and mouse on a consistent basis. The position involves frequent viewing of digital screens, clear communication via phone and in meetings. Candidates may also need to be able to perform light physical tasks, such as lifting or moving items up to 10–25 pounds and accessing office equipment or files as needed.
