Contracts Manager

The Opportunity: As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our National Security team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company. On our team, you’ll use your advanced contracting knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts within various markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning capture stages through proposal and execution and into closeout. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide full lifecycle support with a focus on terms and conditions negotiation, white paper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, risk management, mitigation, and intellectual property negotiations, and monitoring operational performance. Additionally, you’ll support complex contract activities and manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and objectives. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. government clients

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
