Job summary

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in a law firm or law department (in-house preferred).
• Strong risk assessment skills and practical problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interface with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of vendor contract requests and tracking.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, master agreements, data processing agreements, and statements of work.
• Provide risk assessments and escalate high-risk issues to supervising attorney.
• Support RFP processes ensuring timelines and requirements are understood by stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies governing customer data collection and processing.
• Collaborate with Yum! stakeholders to ensure contracts meet internal standards.
• Contribute to special projects related to technology initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and measure results.
• Other tasks as delegated by the Chief Legal Officer.
