Teck Alaska Incorporated in Red Dog Operations seeks a Contracts Shareholder Intern to join our team. This temporary full-time co-op offers hands-on experience with contract records, milestones, and procurement activities, including supplier research.

A two-week on-site / two-week off-site rotation supports work-life balance. Reporting to the Contracts Lead, you will learn contract management principles, assist with data collection and reporting, and help update templates and procedures while

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Interest in contracts, procurement, supply chain, commercial operations, or business management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining contract records and supporting documentation
• Support contract administration activities: track milestones, renewals, expirations
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis related to contracts and procurement
• Support competitive sourcing activities through bid document preparation and evaluation
• Conduct supplier, market, and industry research to support sourcing and contracting
• Update contract templates, procedures, and process documentation
