Qualifications

• Three years of experience in contracts or grants management, procurement, financial management, or accounting.
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field.
• A bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops and processes contracts and related documents for consulting engineering services, ensuring compliance with laws and DOTD policies.
• Processes procurement requests and purchase orders; coordinates funding updates and releases funds.
• Provides guidance and training to project and program managers and CCS staff on contracting, procurement, and related processes.
• Performs other duties in support of CCS operations, including emergency and disaster response.
