Job summary

You will shape strategy, manage relationships with intelligence customers, and partner with senior leadership to deliver mission-critical contracted solutions. This role requires deep government contracting expertise, leadership of a high-performing team, and a strong command of FAR/DFAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's) with extensive government contracting experience.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience and demonstrated talent development.
• Expertise in complex terms and conditions negotiations.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain key partnerships within the Intelligence Community.
• Team Development: Lead recruitment, career development, and performance management for the contracts organization.
• Innovation & Process Excellence: Drive compliance with FAR, DFAR, and other regulatory requirements; implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with business development, program execution, legal, finance and HR.
• Performance Accountability: Deliver results in proposal win rates, cost savings, compliance, and risk management.
