Senior Director of Recruiting and Placement at Legalpeople | a LegalPartners Company

Legalpeople is working with our great corporate client located In the Dallas/Fort Worth area to hire an attorney with contracts experience starting in early July to work for 2-3 months and possibly longer. The attorney in this position will handle review, drafting and negotiation of standard form agreements, purchase orders and RFPs as well as more in-depth negotiating/drafting of telecom sales contracts. Qualified candidates will have some prior familiarity with government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulation within the telecom industry.

Additional requirements:

• US citizen working in the continental United States
• Licensed attorney in good standing with any state bar
• Fully remote and ET business hours preferred but flexible
• 40 hours per week, but part-time availability considered

Great opportunity for fairly junior to senior level attorneys with some experience in areas of practice mentioned above! Pay rate per hour based on experience.
