Job summary

RTX is offering a full-time hybrid internship/co-op focused on contracts management in Windsor Locks, CT. You will collaborate with a Contracts and Business team to research and analyze contract terms, draft standard work, and prepare proposals for customer returned material.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree with at least 60 credits completed, proficient in MS Office, and prepared to work in a hybrid environment with relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree and actively enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op.
• Proficient in O365, PowerPoint & Excel.

What You Will Do

• Work with a Contracts and Business team to solve aerospace contract issues

• Maintain and organize Contracts documents
• Ensure adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements

What You Will Learn

• How to work with a Contracts and Business team supporting military and commercial aerospace programs
• How to understand and interpret aerospace contract terms
• How to create efficient standard processes for use by a large team
• How to disseminate (flowdown) Customer contractual requirements within the organization

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, English, Pre-law or related field and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co‑op session.
• Proficient in O365, Powerpoint & Excel.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
