Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Dayton, OH is seeking a Contracts Administrator to ensure subcontracting compliance, manage small business programs, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

You will review prime contracts, oversee ISR/SSR reporting, negotiate NDAs and supply agreements, and partner with Inside Sales to address risk in purchase orders while supporting government contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1+ years related experience in contracts, pricing, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain or legal.
• Experience with Government contracts (Aerospace/Defense) and FAR/DFARS preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are preferred.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Align subcontracting strategies with project goals and policies.
• Interpret prime contract requirements to ensure subcontract compliance.
• Manage the NVH Small Business Program.
• Submit ISR and SSR per Small Business filing requirements.
• Audit supplier classifications and sourcing processes for SB program compliance.
• Organize outreach and training to promote small business opportunities.
• Present reports on SB program performance to stakeholders.
• Manage NDAs and supply agreements.
• Review complex purchase orders and escalate risks.
