Qualifikationen

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one State Bar or DC Bar.
• Minimum of two years of related legal work experience; contract drafting/negotiation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills; excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of contracts including employment, independent contractor, vendor, client, and confidentiality agreements.
• Partnering with cross-functional transactional teams to develop company policies, processes, and legal compliance frameworks.
• Assisting with privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards and coordinating advice from external counsel.
• Assisting with litigation discovery responses and supporting M&A due diligence and related activities.
