First 5 Alameda County is seeking a Contracts & Budget Analyst to support the Agency's contracting, procurement, budgeting, and grant administration activities. In this role, you'll work closely with program and finance staff to help manage contracts, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and support financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams to support programs that improve outcomes for children and families.
Experience and Training:
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. Additional experience and/or education can be substituted to meet typical qualifications. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: One (1) year in contract compliance and budgeting and equivalent to a bachelor's degree in public or business administration, accounting, or a closely related field. A degree is not required and relevant experience may substitute for education requirement.
