Responsibilities

• Develops, administers, and fulfills contract requirements in procurement or delivery of equipment, materials, products or services
• Evaluates contract compliance and advises on rights and obligations
• Requests or approves amendments to contract terms or extensions
• Prepares bids or RFPs, including specifications and requirements; negotiates terms and participates in bid selection
• Acts as liaison between the organization and subcontractors to implement contracts
• Maintains contract records to ensure regulatory reporting and compliance
