Job Summary

A Contracts Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed. Remote (EST hours) work. This Contracts Analyst role requires system skills to manage SAP pricing disputes, collaborate across departments, analyze trends, ensure timely resolution, and drive process improvements aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement pricing strategies based on market and competitive analysis.
• Conduct research and analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
• Monitor the competitive environment to avoid negative impact on customer satisfaction and company reputation.
• Manage SAP price dispute cases across business units where customers dispute invoice pricing.
• Investigate and resolve disputes, including reviewing contract activations and internal pricing systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer Solutions team during dispute reviews.
• Analyze dispute trends by volume, root cause, and approved/denied dollar amounts.
• Ensure at least 90% of disputes are resolved within 30-day SLA.
• Provide support for escalated or urgent pricing issues.
• Offer training and guidance to internal partners on pricing systems and processes.
