Brasseler USA Inc. seeks a Contracts Analyst in New York to analyze contracts for profit opportunities, compile and review essential reports, and support TSM training when needed.
The role requires collaboration with management, sales, and suppliers to verify pricing, enable higher tier access, and contribute to contract applications and special projects while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
This position is responsible for analyzing contracts for profit opportunities; Compiles, analyzes, distributes, and audits various reports; On occasion, will assist management with TSM training and may be required to supervise non-exempt TSM’s, when the Supervisor and Manager are unavailable.
Must have excellent negotiation and inter-personal skills Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power Bi and Access skills. Knowledge of sales plans, contracts, GPOs and pricing. Strong analytical skills. Must be very detail oriented. Able to prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while using a computer.

Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $55,630 to $86,922 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
