Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Advanced Network Solutions portfolio on site, following a 9/80 work schedule. You will manage cost-type development contracts, handle communications with customers, and sustain the contractual baseline to drive performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in a related field, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance; experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2 years in contracts management/administration or a Master’s with 1 year.
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage contract administration
Coordinate with teams to lead internal proposal approvals
Advise program teams on contractual rights and obligations
Maintain contract documents and official program records
Monitor contract requirements and funding to ensure compliance
Ensure compliance with company procedures and government regulations
Closeout contracts and maintain relationships with customers
