Job summary

Ignite Digital seeks a contracts professional to manage federal contracts across GWACs, IDIQs and related procurement channels. You will prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements, NDAs, and teaming agreements while ensuring compliance with FAR and DFAR provisions.

The role requires 3+ years of federal contract experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and NCMA certifications (CFCM/CPCM preferred). DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and NCMA certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of federal contract experience.
  • Deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Experience managing various contract types (GWACs, IDIQs, T&M, FFP).
  • Experience with pricing proposals and OCI mitigation plans.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support GWACs, GSA contracts, OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs, IDIQs and related procurement activities from capture through closeout.
  • Prepare and negotiate subcontract agreements, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR provisions; provide guidance to teams.
  • Advise leadership on contract rights, obligations and requirements.
  • Analyze proposals for risks and recommend solutions for approval.
  • Ensure SOW compliance and manage contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.
  • Develop and implement updated company policies to maintain compliance.
  • Support capture and proposal teams by reviewing RFP terms and related documents.
  • Draft subcontractor RFPs ensuring flow-down provisions are captured.

Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Support the full lifecycle of Ignite Digital’s Government‑wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, Nontraditional Procurements (OTAs, CSOs, SBIRs), subcontracts, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs), and task orders from capture through closeout.
  • Prepare and negotiate federal contract documents, including subcontract agreements, non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), and teaming agreements.
  • Adhere to and ensure team compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) provisions; provide education and guidance as needed.
  • Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and requirements, providing interpretation of terms and conditions.
  • Analyze proposal and contract risks and present recommended solutions for approval.
  • Ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs) and all contract terms and conditions.
  • Stay current on new laws, regulations, and federal contract trends; provide guidance to management and project teams on emerging requirements.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new or revised company policies and procedures to maintain federal contract compliance.
  • Develop and perform internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to federal regulations.
  • Support capture and proposal teams by reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) terms, conditions, and related documentation.
  • Review proposals for compliance and accuracy.
  • Draft subcontractor RFPs ensuring all flow‑down provisions are captured.
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers or subcontractors on contractual and subcontract matters.
  • Perform day‑to‑day contract and subcontract administration; collaborate with customers to resolve funding, invoicing/payment, and deliverable acceptance issues.
  • Facilitate the review of contractual documents by other Ignite Digital teams and coordinate the collection and resolution of all comments and concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of federal contract experience.
  • Preference for National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certifications such as CFCM or CPCM.
  • In‑depth knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Experience managing Cost Plus, Time & Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FP‑LOE) contracts and subcontracts, including GWACs and IDIQs.
  • Experience developing pricing and preparing cost proposals for all contract types.
  • Experience writing and managing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Mitigation Plans.
  • Experience writing and managing Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
  • Familiarity with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Disclosure Statements, and DCAA audits, including Forward Pricing Rate Agreements and Recommendations.
  • Experience reviewing cost proposals during the RFP process.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Government Security Clearance (mandatory).
Salary:

75k+ (based on experience and education)
