About The Role

Americanflat is currently looking for a freelance Videographer. As a freelance Videographer specializing in ad and e-commerce video production, you'll create high-performing short-form content for platforms like Meta Ads and Amazon. Your responsibilities include conceptualizing compelling product videos, developing storyboards, editing engaging visuals, and optimizing content for various ad formats. You'll collaborate with the Content Studio team to align production with marketing goals and adapt content based on performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ad & E-Commerce Video Production:
• Conceptualize and produce high-performing short-form video content for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), PPC campaigns, and Amazon product listings
• Create compelling product showcase videos and lifestyle clips that effectively communicate key selling points.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and performance marketing best practices with guidance from the Content Studio Manager
• Storyboarding & Pre-Production:
• Develop storyboards and video concepts before moving into production to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
• Present draft ideas for review and feedback from the Content Studio Manager before proceeding with first-round edits
• Editing & Optimization:
• Edit videos using attention-grabbing visuals, motion graphics, and fast-paced transitions to enhance engagement
• Optimize content for Amazon and Meta ad formats, ensuring adherence to platform specs and best practices
• Deliver multiple variations for A/B testing to maximize ad performance and improve conversion rates
• Collaboration & Asset Management:
• Work closely with the Content Studio Manager and the broader Content Studio team to align video production with marketing goals and creative strategy
• Manage and organize video assets efficiently for easy access and repurposing
• Adapt and revise content based on performance analytics, stakeholder feedback, and direction from the Content Studio Manager
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production, specifically for digital advertising and e-commerce
• Proven ability to create high-converting ad creatives for platforms like Meta and Amazon
• Experience in storyboarding and pre-visualization before editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing software
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, storytelling techniques, and attention-grabbing visuals
• Ability to work independently while receiving oversight and feedback from the Content Studio Manager
• Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven content adjustments is a plus
• Must be U.S.-based, as this role requires regularly receiving products for filming and content creation
