What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver expert-level product and service training to professional painting contractors
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor training programs for key customers
- Conduct needs assessments with contractors to drive business growth
- Manage and execute training programs, ensuring alignment with market strategies
- Utilize technology to improve reporting and communication with internal customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS college degree preferred, or equivalent industry business experience
- Experience with facilitation and delivering training
- In-depth knowledge of the paint industry
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- NACE, MPI certifications
- Participation in industry affiliations such as MPI or PCA
- Strong understanding of contractor business models and job processes
- Willingness to travel three to four days a week
