Job summary

USCENTCOM Tampa, FL seeks a contractor site lead to manage task-order personnel, calendars, travel, security coordination, and SharePoint support for the J5-Plans Directorate.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, administering the tasking tool, and ensuring compliance with security requirements. Must hold TS/SCI clearance with extensive military and Joint HQ experience.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of military service.
• At least 3 years at a Joint or Combined Command headquarters.
• At least 4 years of SharePoint work experience.
• At least 2 years as a SharePoint Administrator.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of English.
• Required PWS services competencies and related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contractor site lead and principal contractor interface to the COR for workload and support.
• Coordinate day-to-day Directorate and contract-staff operations.
• Maintain key calendars and battle rhythm events.
• Oversee task-order administrative functions and personnel tracking.
• Prepare and track contractor travel and additional work requests.
• Provide facility and administrative support at locations.
• Administer the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool and disseminate taskings.
• Support daily reporting, evaluation tracking, and security management.
• Maintain SharePoint and file-server sites on SIPR and JWICS.
• Coordinate clearances, SSO actions, and travel support.
• Liaise with help desks on user issues and FOIA requests.
• Safeguard government information and comply with DoD/USCENTCOM requirements.
