Job summary

Toyota North America Safety Department is seeking a Contractor Safety Representative for the on-site role at TMMMO in Troy, MO. You will lead safety systems for multi-trade construction, drive weekly safety meetings, audits, and KPI reporting to regional and global leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of safety leadership on construction projects, OSHA 510/30, NFPA 70E knowledge, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading safety on multi-trade construction projects.
• Active OSHA 510 and OSHA 30 (Construction).
• NFPA 70E knowledge and safety standards expertise.
• Strong analytical, data verification and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reporting and KPI tracking with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct contractors in implementing safety management systems for structural projects.
• Lead weekly contractor safety meetings and formal audits for compliance.
• Review JSAs and drive continuous improvement using Kaizen thinking.
• Develop KPIs and high-level safety reports for leadership.
• Translate complex safety regulations into clear policies.
