Job summary

TechWish in Pensacola, FL seeks a REL Mortgage Assumption Specialist I for a 3-month contract. The role involves handling inbound/outbound member calls, sending 3-day document packages, gathering documents, processing Release of Liability, and supporting the Assumptions team.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-campus reporting at least three days a week, with a 8:00am–4:30pm shift. OT is not approved; location is GPO Pensacola.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound member calls.
• Sending 3-Day Document packages for 100% of assumption applications.
• Obtaining required documentation and processing Release of Liability requests.
• Monitoring and responding to written communication channels, including email, fax, eMessage, and live chat.
• Updating MSP loan notes and providing administrative support for the Assumptions team.
• Conducting proactive member outreach and providing timely loan status updates throughout the assumption process.

**Mortgage Assumption Contractor Responsibilities Include**

• Position: (2) REL Mortgage Assumption Specialist I
• Experience Level Desired: 1 (1-5yrs)
• Location: GPO (Pensacola, FL)
• Shift (Time): 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Overtime: OT is not approved for this contract position
• Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report on campus a minimum of three days per week
