Job summary

The Kendall Group, including Kendall Electric, seeks a Contractor Quotations Project Manager to join our sales team. You will provide detailed quotations and top-notch customer service, guiding projects from initial quote through grand opening.

Responsibilities include reviewing bid documents, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring accurate material takeoffs and execution. Strong MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years quotations or project manager experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MS Office experience; collaborate with technical resources.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services; gather information and quote customers.
• Review bid documents, specs and drawings for material takeoffs.
• Select products and quantities to meet specs; evaluate alternatives.
• Manage large-scale material scheduling and delivery projects with contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee Kendall Electric projects from start to finish; meet with customers.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers; attend meetings.
