Role Summary

Reporting to the Location/Territory Manager, the Contractor Quotations Project Manager is a key member of the Kendall Electric sales team. In this role you will work with the sales team to provide quality quotations, excellent customer service, and support for contractor project sales from quoting to grand opening.

Exciting Work You Will Do

• Sell company products and services to customers, gathering information about their needs, providing technical assistance, quoting, soliciting orders, and suggesting additional products in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Review bid documents, specifications, and drawings to perform material take‑offs.
• Select products and quantities to meet specifications and evaluate alternate solutions.
• Manage large‑scale material scheduling and delivery projects with multiple contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee Kendall Electric projects from start to finish, meeting with customers to ensure proper execution.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coordinating internal and external project meetings with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Prepare contractor product quotes and maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

Work Experience: 2 years of quotations or project manager experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience with MS Office; ability to collaborate and engage additional commercial or technical resources; strong prioritization and multitasking; business acumen, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail‑oriented; ability to multi‑task and shift priorities in a fast‑paced, continuously evolving environment.

Cross‑functional Skills: Ability to work well cross‑functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and problem‑solving, organizational and written/verbal communication, strong phone presence and listening skills.

Qualifications We Prefer but Don’t Require
