• Professional experience in personal financial advising or a similar client-facing role.

• Experience creating personalized financial plans and investment recommendations.
• Ability to assess financial situations, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and long-term client needs.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to overlap North American or Latin American time zones.
