Synthires is seeking experienced Personal Financial Advisors for a contractor engagement focused on a financial wellness project that trains AI systems. You will apply real-world advisory expertise to evaluate scenarios, assess recommendations, and provide expert feedback.

No AI experience is required; your advisory knowledge matters. Work hours overlap with North American or Latin American time zones, with compensation of $90–$110 per hour for this contractor role.

Competenze

• Professional experience in personal financial advising, financial planning, wealth management, investment advising, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of personal financial planning, including investments, retirement, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth management.
• Experience creating personalized financial plans and investment recommendations.
• Ability to assess financial situations, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and long-term client needs.
• Understanding of financial products, portfolio management, asset allocation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with another financial expert and working during overlapping North American or Latin American time zones.
