Qualifications

• Four years of college education or equivalent
• Minimum six years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization
• Four years of experience working with Medicaid programs and/or social service programs in State Government
• Four years of extensive experience developing and implementing strategic planning processes
• Strong data analysis and communication skills with ability to present to high-level personnel
• Master's degree preferred
