Job summary

Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking an experienced Contractor Assurance Analyst to join our team in Aiken, SC. The role focuses on implementing CAS principles to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across DOE-related programs.

You will interface with CAS staff, researchers, managers and DOE personnel, lead investigations, trainings, and program evaluations to strengthen risk-informed decision making and performance across the lab.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7–9 years of relevant experience or MS with 6–8 years or PhD with 5–7 years in relevant fields.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience with contractor assurance, causal analysis, and quality improvement tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with CAS staff, researchers, managers and DOE staff to drive program evaluation.
• Lead investigations and analyses: ACAs, RCAs, CCAs and assessments.
• Provide training and guidance on Contractor Assurance topics.

Education

BS/BA + 7-9 yrs relevant experience

MS + 6-8 yrs relevant experience

PhD + 5-7 yrs relevant experience
