• Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies.
• Conducting legal research and writing detailed briefs.
• Interviewing clients to collect information.
• Preparing clients for court interviews.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
• Law school degree.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Other Requirements

• Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload on a contract basis.
• Reliable communication and availability for client meetings and court deadlines.
