Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to create cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking large language models.

You will curate code examples and provide precise solutions across Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust and Go. You will evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency and scalability, collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams, and build verification agents to spot error patterns while outlining steps in the software

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience building full‑stack apps and deploying production software.
Strong understanding of software architecture and code quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

Curate code examples and build solutions across Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust and Go.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.
Build agents that verify code quality and identify error patterns.
Hypothesize on software engineering lifecycle steps and evaluate model capabilities.
Design verification mechanisms to automatically verify solutions to software tasks.
