Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator contractor based in the US/Canada or WEU to support AI model training and tooling.

You will curate code examples, produce precise solutions, and review AI-generated code across Python, JavaScript/ReactJS, C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go, ensuring efficiency and reliability. You will work 10–40 hours per week, with partial PST overlap, and participate in an AI video interview as part of the assessments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in building full-stack applications and deploying scalable, production-grade software using modern languages and tools.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review assessment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear, structured evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Create cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking large language models.
• Curate code examples, provide precise solutions, and correct code in Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions.
• Build agents to verify code quality and identify error patterns.
• Hypothesize and evaluate steps in the software engineering cycle from prototyping to production.
