Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced contractor with expertise in researching and configuring AI-driven features within HR Technology products, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow. This role involves exploring, analyzing, and implementing AI capabilities within HR platforms to drive innovation, efficiency, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research AI features within Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow, evaluating their business impact and technical feasibility.
2. Participate in a tiger team to advance AI capabilities.
3. Configure and optimize AI functionalities to enhance HR operations, user experience, and streamline processes.
4. Create presentations and metrics on HR technology trends related to AI and automation, and communicate their implications.
5. Develop reports, recommendations, and roadmaps for AI adoption in HR systems.
6. Ensure AI configurations comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
7. Provide training and documentation to HR teams on AI functionalities.
8. Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
9. Show exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
