Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
• Exemption available for certain DoD employees or armed forces members with qualifying service.
• All qualifications must be met by the closing date; resume limited to two pages.
• Active duty/service member certification requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced IT/AI principles to review IT systems acquisition strategies.
• Understand IP laws, AI/software acquisition, cybersecurity standards, and SCRM in defense.
• Develop and execute portfolio contracting strategies aligned with funding, schedules and sustainment.
• Perform contracting officer and agreements officer functions from planning to termination.
