BB&E Inc. is seeking a Contract Services Support Specialist to provide technical contracting support for USARCENT at Shaw AFB, SC. This full-time, on-site role requires DoD procurement knowledge and program management coordination.

The position involves documenting files, cost estimating, and assisting in economic analyses while interfacing with military, DoD personnel, and contractors to ensure compliant procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of contracting services support experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience with an Associate's Degree.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide contracting support by documenting program files and cost estimating.
• Assist in actions involving requirements determination and equipment procurement.
• Support program management reviews and life-cycle cost analyses.
• Research MILSTRIP and logistics requirements.
• Interface with military personnel, DoD Civilians, and Contractor personnel.
