A leading financial services/cryptocurrency exchange platform is seeking an experienced Contracting Program Manager to assist with the company's contract-based workflows, technology, reporting, systems, and related needs.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), temporary engagement with an initial 6-month term.

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote (United States)

Technology: Ironclad

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $60 - $75 / hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Training & Communication
• Workflow Mgmt (incl group management, design, maintenance, builds)
• Requirements Design/Development (partner with teams)
• Partnership with EAA
• Documentation/Playbooks
• Dashboards, Periodic Reporting
• Project Management (e.g. systems integration)
• Building out the contracting system of record
• Ironclad, Onit, Knowable, and general legal tech experience.
