The Daily Grace Co. is seeking a theologian-writer to contribute to a Christ-centered commentary on the Gospels and Acts. You will join a collaborative editorial team, researching and drafting sections with careful exegesis, historical context, and theological themes.
The role targets a thoughtful lay audience, balancing accessible prose with scholarly depth, engaging ecumenically and revising work per feedback to align with doctrinal commitments.
We are seeking a theologically trained writer to join a collaborative team developing a Christ-centered commentary on the Gospels and Acts. This project is written for the thoughtful, everyday Bible student who wants to go deeper—without requiring highly technical academic detail. The commentary should reflect careful exegesis and a clearly articulated Christ-centered hermeneutic. Our goal is to land between conversational pastoral commentaries and academic volumes—accessible, theologically rich, and intellectually serious. An ecumenical tone is imperative throughout, engaging interpretive differences with charity and avoiding unnecessary polemics.
Compensation is determined based on project scope and complexity.
Contractors are engaged based on the needs of specific projects and are not guaranteed ongoing or full-time work. Participation in meetings, workshops, or collaborative sessions may be requested depending on the project timeline.
With over a decade of publishing experience, The Daily Grace Co. creates Christ-centered resources marked by theological depth, biblical faithfulness, and practical encouragement.
