Job summary

Luna Community College is seeking an instructor to deliver an entry-level micro-credential course focused on foundational wind technician skills. The course, provided by the Clean Power Institute in partnership with Pattern Energy, aims to make pathways for wind technician jobs accessible to New Mexicans. It will be offered in-person at LCC in Summer 2026, with flexible scheduling based on instructor availability.

The ideal candidate should have teaching experience in related topics and hands-on experience with wind turbine maintenance. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience teaching entry-level wind technician topics.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbine maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety practices.

• Deliver engaging, high-impact instruction for entry-level wind technicians.
